New Certification Application

Everyone seeking certification must submit an application on our website. We request documentation supporting your qualifications for certification including your resume, degrees, current certifications held, etc. You may upload PDF or Word documents with your application. 

  1. Select from the certification list below and click continue at the bottom of the page
  2. On the next screen, enter your username, first name and last name
  3. Complete your member profile and upload the required certification documents

  4. Payment screen -

    1. If you're applying for approval of a certification select Bill Me at checkout. We'll review your application and contact you with further information.
    2. If you're already approved for certification select Credit Card or PayPal and pay the certification fee. We'll ship your certificate to you.

If you need to add your profile prior to earning your certification, select Create Profile - No Fee or Certification.

Current Certificant Who Is Not Listed In Our Database 

If you already hold a GAFM Certification and you need to add your profile to our database, select Add Current GAFM Certificant Profile.
